Online Parent Support Group

Online Parent Support Group (Tuesday nights @ 8pm)Our Parent Support Group is a collection of parents with children infant through college who gather for 45ish minutes each week to check in on one another, discuss the joys and pains of parenthood, and to find ways to continually support one another. This group began more than a year and half ago and has become a solid community of love and support for those who can attend. Strangers welcome!

White Pony Express

To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Interfaith Council of Contra Costa, iCARE, as it is called, has arranged for service days helping White Pony Express with their food services for families and individuals in need: organizing, distributing, loading vehicles, and clean up. Our day to volunteer is Oct. 2, with two shifts of food sorting/distribution. One shift will be from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, and the other from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. We’re trying to get youth and/or…
