Church Staff

Senior Pastor

Kim Risedorph

Pastor Kim Risedorph is grateful to be serving at the church where she and her children were baptized. With her whole heart, she knows that being a part of a church community deepens our awareness of God, and prompts us to serve others as followers of Christ Jesus.  Kim and her family joined San Ramon Valley UMC when they moved to California in 1996.  She had been a college professor teaching modern Chinese history, when a series of life events…

Accounts Payable
Theresa Omar

Theresa Omar

I handle accounts payable for the church, so I process payments, once they’ve been approved.  Not very flashy, but it works!  I’m delighted to be working for the church again, since it gives me a chance to stay connected to my wonderful church family from our time in the Bay Area.  I moved back to Texas to be with family, once my husband Yousuf Omar retired.  We live in Plano, Texas with our two cats, Sugar & Spice.  We’re thrilled to be close to our two daughters and their husbands.  I’m grateful to the office staff for their efforts to make my remote work situation possible.
